900 years of history: The Corsini family is one of the few Florentine family with illustrious ancestors including a Pope, Clement XII, and a saint, Andrea Corsini bishop of Fiesole. Corsini family members held positions of primary role in the commercial, financial, political, ecclesiastical and agricultural fields.
Notes
Chianti means Sangiovese, the most produced red grape variety in Italy, that gives us fresh red wines with sharp tannin. “Villa Le Corti” has deep ruby red colour, iridescent with the classic Sangiovese transparency. It has aromas of violet, cherry, red currant and raspberry jam with a slight undertone of spice, pepper, leather and walnut. Well balanced and fresh on the palate, with hints of citrus aromas and liquorice.
12 months in cement vats refine a very distinctive product indeed.
