Blanc De Noirs, Champagne Brut NV, Barnaut Á Bouzy
Grapes: Pinot Noir.
Bouzy, France.
WINERY
1874:A vineyard owner and wine broker, Edmond decided to do for himself, what he had hitherto been doing for well-known négociants in Reims and Epernay: he produced his first bottles from his vineyards and created his own brand.
Almost a century and a half later, the fifth generation, in the form of Philippe and Laurette Secondé perpetuate the philosophy of the founder: to reveal the riches that nature offers in this superb Grand Cru domaine.
A very reasoned viticulture that uses natural compounds as much as possible, the exclusive use of organic fertilisers, the spontaneous grassing of the plots, the modern cellar buried very little energy, the photovoltaic cellar cover allowing the electric self-sufficiency, are examples that illustrate our eco-citizen approach.
THE WINE
Resonant wine with tons of Bouzy textural richness. Small red berry, dried herbs, crushed flowers and spice fill out the wine's frame effortlessly.
