THE WINERY

Villa Sparina is located in Monterotondo, Piedmont, at the heart of the Gavi wine DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllate e Garantita) region. Founded by the Moccagatta family in the 1970's Villa Sparina comprises 100 hectares of land, 70 of which are vineyards planted primarily with the most important local grape variety Cortese, which makes the white wine Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG.

THE WINE

This Italian classic is bright yellow in colour with a delicate bouquet of flowers and fruit with a scent of peach. Full and rich in flavour, the complete grape-ripening gives a wine which is lively, fresh and soft on the palate with a wonderful aromatic flavour to finish.

GOES BEST WITH

Goes well with appetisers and main vegetables dishes. Perfect with raw fish, shellfish and cold-cut aperitivo meats and breads of sort
